Project Brief
Hershey’s Product Marketing and Sales organization needed an custom app designed to utilize with their fleet of sales and service professionals when aggregating data across the various market sectors. The goal of the application was to inform product sales based on market penetration data of their candies. The app had to be easy to sue, yet robust enough to capture metrics, imagery, and point of sale data from the various in-store promotional kiosks and candy dispensaries.
Success Criteria and Results
I was able to lead a collaborative team of both in house sales team and external field service professionals in aggregating key data points, understanding the various user roles and needs of those personas, and work within the brand and design guidelines of an established brand to create an effective mobile application. I worked with my design team to build a robust information architecture, workflows, and data visualizations into a unified reporting and analytics tool.
