Project Brief

I joined the leadership team of Perficient Philadelphia, after the company I worked with was acquired to expand their reach into the Northeast. I managed a team of UX Designers, Portal Developers, and Visual Design teams to manage and deliver solutions for clients across a wide industry.

Highlights included projects for PPL (Pennsylvania Power & Light), Owens CorningOmnicellComericaWawa,  AramarkKeystone AutomotiveWestern UnionLexmark and many others.

I provided user experience guidance and management to remote teams of UX consultants and visual designers for various industry solutions.

eCommerce and POS: Custom solutions designed for Magento and sitecore frameworks for Aramark, Lexmark, and Keystone Automotive.

Global Intranets: Employee Performance management and collaboration tools built using SharePoint Office 365 frameworks for PPL, Owens Corning and Wawa.

Commercial Design: Brand and marketing driven websites for Omnicell, Catholic Health East, Cardinal Health and many others.

Manufacturing and Supply Mgmt. tools: SKU tracking and management portals for for Certainteed/Saint Gobain, Western Union, and Omnicell.



Success Criteria and Results

Managed over 3 millions dollars annually of client user experience and product design projects for one of the largest national integrators in the IT and Digital Marketing space.

Established user research driven UX process with iterative handoff to development teams.

Hired, managed and mentored a team of 16+ product designers on a wide variety of tools and development frameworks.

Managed over 20 separate client projects with phases in user research, design and front end development.



Guiding senior leadership team by driving the development of an Agile and Lean/UX program model to manage global product development strategies, and operational models for researching, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement.
