Led the research, design, and development of NACD’s internal social portal, so that Corporate directors could share insights, knowledge, and best practices via a gamified solution.
NACD is the most trusted association for board directors. For more than 45 years, they have helped leaders build successful companies that make a difference in the world.
They’re a collective of over 24,000 individuals, 1,750+ boards, and more than 20 chapters across 35 locations. As a peer-to-peer network, we’re committed to navigating the governance landscape together.
Process
Through fractional leadership advisory, I was able to propel their communication channels into true collaboration centers.

In collaboration with NACD, I contributed by applying mixed-method research and customer journey mapping to help the organization better understand and support members’ task-based goals. This work informed enhancements in collaboration, gamification, and knowledge base visibility, ultimately improving engagement and the overall member experience.
Results
Increased customer adoption and retention through social channels and proactive membership features.
Guiding senior leadership team by driving the development of an Agile and Lean/UX program model to manage global product development strategies, and operational models for researching, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement.
